And to be frank a good cup of coffee at a coffee shop isn't cheap. And I wasn’t amongst those who purchase bean and roast it themselves and froth milk separately coz i am too lazy to do that. So after a lot of research and reviews I decided to purchase this machine.ABOUT MACHINEIts easy to operate, the manual lays down simple instructions to make Espresso, Lungo, Cappuccino, Latte and Cold Coffee. All you need is coffee pod, water and milk and the machine do the rest. Just plug in the machine, wait for 2-3 mins for it to come online and then you are ready to go.EASE OF USEFill the water tank, add milk in frother, froth the milk first and add it in coffee mug, insert the coffee pod in machine and choose between the option Espresso and Lungo to your taste. Once done, the pod gets disposed to capsule bin. Its easy to use and maintain.TASTE OF COFFEEDepending on your flavour profile use Coffeeza Classico coffee pod If you are looking for mild coffee with balanced taste. Best if you are making milk-based coffee.Use Coffeeza Intenso if you are looking for caffeine kick with bitter coffee taste. Unexpectedly broke down before machine completes it's 1st year. It's hardly been used on daily basis.This is really sad when we decide to invest our hard earned money on a good coffee machine and it turn out like this. And even more disappointing when the company dsnt ve any service centre anywhere in the country except Goa. (Means we ve to sens them our machine on our cost.. they will check and then they let you abt it). In our case they offered us to buy a new one in half MRP. Some Minor upgrades could help. *by A***R on 24 September 2020* Writing this review after 4 months of use. The unit itself is well designed and well built. It's compatible with most Nespresso type capsules and does a good job of dispensing espressos and Lungos. The frothing unit could use some improvement. Seems to very sensitive to the milk type and temperature. Frequent spills when running the frothing function is fairly common. Cleaning up the mess is a bit of a pain.However, I have been most impressed with their customer service. The 1st unit developed a problem when of the touch buttons stopped working. I got in touch with their support team who were extremely supportive and helpful . After a short investigation a new unit was dispatched in a few days and a pick up of the old unit was arranged.
