I bought both white and black. ### ⭐⭐⭐ pretty good *by F***. on March 15, 2016* This was pretty good and had an okay flavor, but not as good as the store bought black truffle oil I was replacing (and my understanding was that white is stronger than black when it comes to truffle oil).There certainly are no visible pieces of truffle in the bottle, not even granular, and I suspect the "Flavor" that is listed in the ingredients is more chemical than actual truffle. I haven't found one online that explicitly says "there is nothing but truffle and oil in here", but that is what I'm looking for.
