The filament appears to be quite consistent in quality. It's works well when used as support material for ABS. I print it as if its ABS and it prints great.When used as support, the HIPS doesn't bind to the ABS, making it very easy to remove the support material from the ABS. You can have HIPS support that's 100% solid, and the ABS part will easily pop off of it. One word of caution though: when using dual extrusion with ABS and HIPS, a plastic ABS print head carriage like many printers have gets very hot and can melt if there's not enough ventilation. Make sure your print head has enough ventilation. If your printer has a lid, remove it when printing with 2 heads so the printer parts don't overheat.The filament roll is gigantic and heavy, much wider and heavier than a 1 kg roll of ABS or PLA from several other companies. It works as stated but dissolving it with the orange oil is messy. Very labor intensive to get all the goop off of the printed piece.
