Just to monitor CO2 levels rather than sound an alarm?** A: No. This device measures CO not CO2. CO is an odourless highly poisonous gas and to turn off the alarm would be an act of the utmost stupidity. **Q: I’ve put batteries in and all it does is beep constantly and the screen flashes along with the lights can’t press anything to get it to work???** A: Try putting different batteries in as they sound like the ones your using are old ones and new ones it shouldn't beep. **Q: is this suitable for use in a motorhomee** A: The alarm could be operated at ambient temperature -10C to 40C degree which is suitable to use in a motorhome. **Q: I have just purchased this detector. I have installed brand new batteries & it is constantly flashing the lights one at a time.Shows 000 any ideas?** A: I had a little bit of trouble installing mine and the menu doesn't seem to offer much.The unit goes through a cycle; most of the time it shows 000, which means no CO, then it shows the day temperature, and also it has yellow/green strobe flash which lights up about once a minute for a flash to show its working. Pressing test will go through the cycle and then it goes to sleep. and just displays 000 or temperature. If it fluctuates between these two it is working OK. If the alarm bleeps and flashes red, this would suggest the battery/sensor is not working and or it is low on charge. That's about all I can offer. Overall a good value, well priced product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little unit *by D***D on 29 December 2019* I bought this unit for our family Motor Yacht to monitor Carbon Monoxide. It is really easy to install, as it just mounts on two screws on the backplate. As well as monitoring for CO, the unit has a temperature readout, which is a really handy bonus feature. The only minor comment is that the backlight only operates when the alarm sounds.
