**Q: This is for Christmas, what's the packaging like?**
A: Just like the picture. Not in a box.

**Q: Where are you located? why do you allow amazon to pack your products carelessly? why not use cardboard 2+ packs if not guaranteed? i will not try agai**
A: I ordered this for my mother who lives several states away. She received it in good order. A few months later I tried some. The container was undamaged. Product was yummy. I am sorry for your trouble, damaged shipping containers and contents make me crazy.

**Q: Does this have onion in it?**
A: Yes it does. Not as much onion as bacon though ;)

This isn't like other bacon jams which are sugar and water with some bacon added in, this is bacon that's been made into a jam and it's incredible. Other jams I've tried go well on a burger with bacon, this jam brings the bacon to the burger.

I remember loving Trader Joe's Bacon Jam. I thought I would give this a try and share with friends in gift baskets.It is very good! I love the dimension it gives to my egg sandwichs. I do wish the sweetness was a little less.What made me decide on this brand was the ingredient list. First ingredient being Uncured Bacon... and I can read the other ingridients;)
