This was my first purchase.  Packaged well.  The coils are longer than 8.5x11, which gives you enough to bind and then crimp to the exact size you need when trimmed.  I ordered the coils that hold around 90 pages.  They bound the books well, and the books looks very professional.  Nothing negative to say.
