**Q: Received my fan today is it ment to get hot at the back**
A: Got my fan today. After an hour noticed a smell, the motor has got very hot, almost too hot to touch. I’m wondering if this is normal? I was hoping to run it for 6-7 hours every day in my home office, will find out tomorrow if it’s up to it. If not it’s going back. Will post result on here.

**Q: Fan arrived with fan blades not attached to spinning rod. What is the correct way to attach the two together?**
A: It’s badly assembled and I would advise sending it back. I tried to post a video showing how noisy this fan is however Amazon would post it.

**Q: I got a 'plug' with two spikes, seems to lack a lot of things, so what do I need to get it functional?**
A: Mine is fine

Better than expected! Good size fan and it has 3 speeds - super fast, medium and low. Each every powerful! The noise level is medium but not an issue for me in exchange for a lovely cool breeze it provides. It is definitely worth the money!
