I keep a supply of this on hand in my craft room for the shiny projects that I want to have a matte finish. There are items, like rub on transfers or paint, that have a glossy finish and this matte spray is phenomenal at covering the shine, but still keeping the colors. Spraying too close, though, causes a cloudy thickness but the proper distance from the project works perfectly.The smell is not the most pleasant so we spray in the direction of the wind, and with gloves on. Once it dries, the odor is gone.
