It fits nice an snug. Gives u a perfect amount of grip too. If u turn it over, face down on the counter it leaves just enough clearance so that the screen does not hit, even with a tempered glass screen protector. It sits on the rubber trim perfectly with about a piece of paper sized clearance. All the buttons, an ports for charging, headphones, mic, an speaker are perfectly aligned!! You could not ask for better.
