Normal operating temperature for CPU pcs is between 30 and 80 degrees Celsius also depends on processor model. **Q: Thermal properties? e.g. conductivity?** A: Noctua NT-H2 Pro is not electrically conductive, if that is what you mean. It obviously conducts away heat as that is its main purpose. It is also easier to apply than its predecessor. I bought mine as part of a new build earlier this year and it has performed flawlessly so far. This new formulation adds a few extra degrees of heat dissipation so splurged on it. **Q: Can i use spread method to apply this thermal paste ??** A: You can.
