I am a bad patient and I don't. Sometimes I forget to take my medical sleeve when flying- a big NO NO. Anyway, I thought this product might be a nice solution to wearing one singular sleeve and having a sloppy, floppy arm on the other side without a sleeve. This is made out of quality stretch material that is soft and not stiff. The 3 different sizes hook closures (under breast) really made it possible to wear this all day, since I swell a bit after meals I can adjust if necessary. I'm 5'2, 130 ish and I ordered medium. It makes total sense, it's like shapewear for arms! My arms have never looked so good in fitted sleeves! I bought the full length sleeve one with the strap across the upper chest for the immediate post-op period.I am 5'8 an 200 pounds, and I ordered 2XL, because of the tightness around the waist area and the way it tends to ride up.
