I never write reviews but I need the whole entire world to know how garbage this luggage is! You get what you pay for. This is cheap material. I took an hour flight and my luggage was cracked as soon as the plane landed. No one else on the plan had this issue so it’s not like the company mishandled everyone’s luggage. I notified the seller and he said he would send another piece with “a minor flaw”. I received another piece of luggage and THE WHOLE WHEEL WAS MISSING. That is not what you call a minor flaw! Do not waste your time. By your 3rd flight your luggage won’t be able to be used and the airport will probably have to tape it together. Please invest in better luggage.
