It is excellent and is the sort of presentation that one is likely to read many times over the course of one's life. It is, as another reviewer has said, a clear revelation of how we have been taught to be unhappy, by being conditioned to react in a negative and often distressing way to people and events in our daily life. Fundamentally this is all based upon craving and attachment and to resistance and aversion, perhaps best exemplified by our desire for approval or, at the very least, for the avoidance of disapproval. The book is a very effective accompaniment to two other superb books by the same author - 1) Awareness and 2) The Way To Love.
