My only issue is the pins are not too strong, I had one pop off, luckily I caught the watch before it came off. I had them replaced with better ones. The design of this band puts a lot of pressure on the pins as opposed to standard NATO bands that have two straps, one for your wrist and an overlying strap that attaches the watch to the band.Update 04/08/2016 - I've had to replace two sets of pins because of the strap being a slip through, not a proper NATO strap. NATO straps reduce the shearing force on the pins by having the strap go under properly, slip through puts a lot of strain on the pins and you will bend them, and possibly have the watch come off, like mine. That being said, I wish these Toscana offer the same strap in a proper NATO set up as the band is great and the hardware is also great.
