It works great. 500° oven and still worked great. You get a nice even bake and color on baguettes. Only problem I had was when my dough was so wet they wouldn’t really hold their shape and the sides of the baker are sort of short so my loaves fused together. That’s probably my fault but it would be better if the sides were a little taller.
