Depends on how old the unit is. **Q: How do you clean the aerator?** A: I don't think you can clean the aerator on the replacement head. The replacement part I bought is supposed to be made by KWC. If it ism it is a piece of junk. You can't clean the aerator and the button used to change from single stream to spray get stuck all the time. I would never buy another KWC product if this represents their new standard of quality. **Q: Is this a replacement for the kwc domo faucet 10.061.032.127?** A: I used it to replace a KWC faucet that I purchased in 2002. I don’t know the original model number. It fit just right. A bit different looking as in β€œNew and Improved”, but works fine **Q: Why are they so expensive?** A: They are a high quality, long lasting item.
