Unfortunately there are two strips of flexible thick cardboard at the back of the chair that on the one we received were sticking out. This formed a hole behind the armrests where you could stick your hand in, and inside were the very sharp tips of nails! NOT happy. We talked to Amazon and sent it back ASAP. They sent a replacement, supposedly, but after several weeks and two missed delivery dates (although UPS said they never received the package) we talked to Amazon again. They eventually agreed and sent a second replacement. We received it within the week, and have no problems with it at all. My daughter loves it!We have the same chair with a different pattern for my older daughter and she loves it as well. This chair we bought for my 15 month old, so we left the feet off of it for now for when she inevitably falls off. So far only once ;).
