As many of the other customers have said, the adhesive 3M strips are pointless. They have really cheaped out. These won’t stay put no matter how long I keep weight on them. I’m going to have to spend more money on getting better adhesive. Also as other customers have said this is a very thin maybe not even metal, and the image isn’t etched in, it’s a cheap paint. They seem flimsy, And you can hear the pop when the cheap adhesive separates from the door sill. Don’t put these on and let someone get into your car just to see it fall off at their feet. Save yourself the embarrassment.I didn’t believe the other reviews because I figured they just weren’t cleaning the area properly. Well I used alcohol, then tried vinegar, then tried hand sanitizer, and I refused to sand down my door sill just to create a grip. You have been warned. ### ⭐⭐⭐ They’re okay *by M***H on Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2019* They shipped on time but the product wasn’t as high quality as what the picture shows. The edges were rough and kind of jagged. The metal was pretty thin but wasn’t bent or easy to bend and fit fine. The logo isn’t etched into the metal it’s just paint so I’m kind of bummed that it’ll wear off. I should have went with the factory style ones that say wrangler. Still not all that bad of a purchase for the price. I did use extra 3m tape just in case it didn’t want to stay. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would but again. *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 3, 2020* I really like the design, but be very careful with installation. They will bend very easily, but once their applied, they don’t move. Pull just a short piece of the tape backing off, enough to get a good grip, then position where you want it, holding it in place while pulling the tape backing.
