They are so soft! I ordered beige because I was going for an ivory color and they looked lighter than the "cream" online. The beige is actually an ivory/cream color but that is exactly what I wanted so I think the color chart is accurate though the color descriptions must be off. They are probably a medium at blocking the light. I have them in the living room so that is fine with me. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice Panels - Cream Color Not As Pictured *by W***N on October 22, 2017* I had really high hopes for these panels. The fabric is nice, perhaps a bit more lightweight than expected but nonetheless well constructed and they drape beautifully. Sadly, the actual "cream" color turned out to be much darker than shown on Amazon and, when hung in my kitchen, looked more like a light shade of butterscotch or golden-beige. Much as I liked the panels, the color didn't work so back they went.
