It is very hard to adjust depth. Luckly manufacturer has extention mount. So I ordered them to finish all the 6 showers on my new house. But took almost 6 weeks delivery and processing from China.Quality issue. One unit out of 6 shower system leaking internally. Finally they shipped replacement part but i need call and email several times over 2 months they asked video to prove leaking. But there is no way to send 3 min high resolution video file to the manufacturer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 3, 2021* This won't be my normal review when we've purchased a fantastic product. It will be a great review of a wonderful company to work with. Purchased this shower system and love the fit, finish and how it works. After rough-in all components were tested. Went to take the first shower and the water wasn't hot. I contacted Oliver and he suggested trying a new shower valve which he sent the next day. When it arrived I replaced the valve but water still wasn't hot. Contacted Oliver again and after talking to their engineer they suggested a whole new valve assembly which he sent right away. I installed the new valve but again, only warm water. At this point, and after checking other possibilities, Oliver returned our purchase price and even included some extra to cover my trouble with the installation. You just don't deal with people like Oliver any more. I can't express how much we appreciate him, his company, and the way they are looking out for the customer. ### ⭐ Defective and used parts *by T***D on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 23, 2022* This item was defective had to return and get a replacement.
