My husband and I started with other OX collagen products (which we still use and love!) so when these came out we dicided to try them as well. We certainly do not get enough vitamins in our daily diet, so it’s encouraging to know that our bodies are now getting these vital components to thrive. The capsules themselves are tasteless and, in my opinion, go down easily with a glass of water. My husband occasionally thinks they “get stuck” in his throat but that doesn’t happen when he follows them with a few chugs of water.
