Normally there is velcro on two parts and you can only go so far as the velcro allows. There is velcro on the end of one size and it clings very tight on any part of the band. What I love the most is I am able to wear this under my clothing and you can barely notice! It’s also not as long so I can even wear it with mid-drift tops and it doesn’t show from the bottom. This gives me the support I need and it was a great value for the price.
