Seems to be made of metal thus it being heavy.The cap for the USB key is not magnetic, although I feel it is secure enough to wear as a necklace or chain without the cap falling off. The lid is secured pretty tight on.Definitely the perfect size, it’s not bulky and annoying to hold or look at.So far files haven’t been lost or corrupted when I transferred the photos.I can’t say anything bad about this other than I hope my client will like this usb. I booted up the drive and dropped a few large files into it, and the advertised capacity is accurate. My only issue with the little key USB drive I received is that the cap that goes onto the end of the drive just doesn't stay on. Not a problem if you keep it in your pocket, but it certainly won't do for a necklace or a keychain.
