But the exchange service was tricky and embarrassing. I used them on a have shoot in Argentina. But, It took me three attempts to find the best fit. The representative was very nice and friendly on the phone. I was offered an exchange for a larger size and a different type with No extra charge. But the company never did what was promised. The order was never shipped. On my second call, another representative said - he personally called me and left me a message. I received no messages, and no phone numbers were registered on my caller ID. I was accused in making up the stories. Finally, when I received the replacement. the new set was five sizes larger ( from size 8 to size 13) then the first set. I simply returned the gloves for a refund and placed a new order (size 10) through the Amazon. ### ⭐⭐⭐ order two sizes larger . *by R***D on March 14, 2017* I ordered a pair according to the size as given by the seller . Too small , sent it back and ordered one size larger, still too small but decided to keep it and strain to get the gloves on .
