Whether you are walking, running, kickboxing, Piloxing, MMA training, or doing Body Combat workouts, this 4-pound set of weighted fitness gloves will enhance your cardio, help you sculpt your arms, shoulders, and upper body, and improve your endurance over time. Unlike traditional dumbbells that you hold in your hands, these weighted gloves for women slip over your fingers and strap around your wrist. Their open-palm design lets your hands breathe and means you can talk on the phone, walk your dog, push your stroller, or hold your water bottle while still getting the benefits of added resistance. Designed for women, Empower weighted gloves are comfortable and versatile. The weight is evenly distributed on the back of your hand and stays put while you exercise. The sand-filled fitness gloves are made from soft, stretchy neoprene and feature reinforced double stitching. Each exercise glove weighs 2 pounds. ## Features - HANDS-FREE RESISTANCE: Women's weighted gloves add hands-free resistance to physical activities, including kickboxing, Piloxing, MMA training, cardio workouts, and walking - BREATHABLE DESIGN: 4-finger open-palm design with adjustable hook-and-loop wrist closure lets your hands breathe and makes it easy to carry a water bottle, phone, leash, or anything else you need - COMFORTABLE TO WEAR: Weight is evenly distributed on the back of your hand and stays put while you exercise - MADE TO LAST: Sand-filled weighted gloves made from stretchy neoprene fabric with reinforced double stitching - COMPLETE SET: Includes two 2-pound weighted gloves for women and boxing-inspired workout guide *ONE SIZE FITS MOST* ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07JDX8BZT | | Brand | Empower | | Brand Name | Empower | | Closure Type | Hook and Loop | | Color | Geo Blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 1,233 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00831090014765 | | Included Components | Weighted gloves | | Item Type Name | Weighted Gloves for Women, 2 Pound Each Glove Weighted Fitness Gloves, Kickboxing, Cardio, Workout | | Item Weight | 4 pounds | | Manufacturer | Fitness EM, LLC | | Material | Neoprene | | Model Number | MP-3958N | | Number of Items | 2 | | Part Number | MP-3958N | | Product Style | 4lb Set - Geo Blue | | Size | 4lb Set | | Style | 4lb Set - Geo Blue | | UPC | 831090014765 | ## Images ![Empower Weighted Gloves for Women, Kickboxing, MMA, 4 Lb Set (2 Pounds Each Glove), Geo Blue - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71sF9LC360L.jpg) ![Empower Weighted Gloves for Women, Kickboxing, MMA, 4 Lb Set (2 Pounds Each Glove), Geo Blue - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/7131ZmV-h6L.jpg) ![Empower Weighted Gloves for Women, Kickboxing, MMA, 4 Lb Set (2 Pounds Each Glove), Geo Blue - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61kjoA30+WL.jpg) ![Empower Weighted Gloves for Women, Kickboxing, MMA, 4 Lb Set (2 Pounds Each Glove), Geo Blue - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61PaFBe8ukL.jpg) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/101984721-empower-weighted-gloves-for-women-kickboxing-mma-4-lb-set](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/101984721-empower-weighted-gloves-for-women-kickboxing-mma-4-lb-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
