I also really like the way the lid/top/opening is, it’s not as messy getting it out and it’s easy to store if you don’t use the whole tube. The price is also really nice. Usually semi-permanents are around 10 vol. I believe?** A: Hi, Thank you for your interest in iroiro. iroiro is a direct dye and does not require a developer. We do recommend lifting your original color first and the level we recommend is 9-10. **Q: does this work on natural hair colour - dishwater blond?** A: Yes. It worked on my brown hair so blonde should work great. **Q: How long does it stay? 2 washes? 5? 10?** A: This is not a wash out, it's semi permanent. In my hair the pink is initially really bright when first dyed (on bleached hair) and fades more pastel, but 5 months later it's still there going strong & never goes away. Pink lasts forever for me, while the neon yellow fades drastically over a month, & non existent afer 2 months. All hair is different though. This is by far my favorite brand ever. **Q: My hair already bright dark pink will it work** A: If it’s already dark pink then this won’t come out neon it would probably just be darker pink. It colors my hair, and unlike the salon products, lasts for at least 3 months. Shockingly VERY bright, I wash in nearly cold water several times a week, and the color remains. Slowly over time it lightens to a very lovely softer pink, and by then my hair roots are showing, so it is time to color again. I take mine to the salon for the stylist to bleach my dirty blond colored hair to a light blond and then applies Iroiro to the areas around my face, not my whole head. I am amazed at the number of compliments I receive from strangers. What a relief not to have to recolor in a matter of weeks. Needless to say is the savings of not coloring at least monthly.
