I really love this product because it is extremely easy to use and it is pretty fast for a wireless charger.Use to keep my phone charged up at work. Works brilliantly.Is compatible with fast charging so can charge my phone up from drained in a couple of hours.Doesn't get warm either. Works even better than I expected.To test this I hooked it up to my Kill-A-Watt to measure the power it was pulling. At idle (nothing on the charger) it does pull 0.3W per hour. With a Samsung S8 on the charger it pulls 10.4 watts. With an iPhone XR it pulls 10.1 watts. This was interesting because the specs say an iPhone will only charge at 7.5 watts. So, the phone may only be receiving 7.5, but the charger is putting out over 10.Also, if you're curious, this charger will work with each phone while it is inside an OtterBox Defender case.Would definitely buy again ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EDITED! *by A***R on February 16, 2019* UPDATE: This company went way above and beyond to correct the problem and promptly sent two replacements!! Must have just gotten a bad lot. ...I will update again when the new ones get here! I changed rating to five stars because of their customer service!! I bought four chargers two of them work great however the other two after about five minutes start flashing multiple colors and stop charging the iphones. You have to take the phone off the charger and place them back on. The chargers work great when they want to but definately not for someone who wants to charge their phone at night having the comfort that there actually charging.
