It dissolves well in hot water not sure about cold probably would be a little difficult but can mix with a little hot then after it dissolves mix the rest with cold. I tried another popular brand vital protein same flavors. The smell was good but as soon as I mixed it with my green tea. it smelled funky and the taste was awful. Vital protein reached out to me and offered a full refund which I greatly appreciated. I rushed and ordered my garden of life again.
