Will this coffee pair well with this method?** A: Yes, Melitta pour-over brewers are a great way to brew many coffees! They're able to pull out some of the more complex and/or delicate flavors than most electric drip brewers. That being said, we typically recommend using a Whole Bean coffee and grinding it just before brewing in a pour over. This way you can keep the coffee as fresh as possible to pull some of those complex flavors out, and you can custom grind it to a setting that is most appropriate for a pour-over.
