The important thing to remember is to follow the instructions and turn off the HP software cartridge protection after you install them. Without turning that off, HP will eventually cause all non-HP cartridges to not work. Everything worked well until a day ago. Then my color cartridge would not work. The computer kept telling me it needed to be re-installed. I did that multiple times but it still didn't work. The ink level showed zero ink in the color one but the black cartridge showed 3/4 full which the color one should have shown also. Something went wrong with the new chip that they put in the remanufactured cartridges. I had to go to Walmart and purchase a new one as my return time had expired by one day. My try them one more time but disappointed on this first time purchase. .....UPDATE #2......After my first update I was contacted by the company and was offered a refund or a replacement on my color cartridge that went bad 1/3 of the way through. They offered me this even after the return time had expired. How many times do companies do that?? I chose the replacement as I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and also because the black cartridge is working perfectly. I believe that color one was an anomaly. I even ordered ANOTHER set from them.
