It arrived on time and in good condition and was simple to install the handle to the lower assembly. We are moving to a new home and have a lot of stuff to bring in. I also purchased 30 smaller wooden pallets from a local vendor. We will bring the boxes and heavier items, like gun safe and fire files,into the basement and stack them on the pallets. The pallet truck enables me to move the items around on the concrete floor very easily, maintaining order and compact storage of the stuff. It has and will continue to save me energy and time. My model came with no brand name marking, and the operation manual was generic, with no manufacturer info either. So if you need any type of service requiring parts from the manufacturer it would be necessary to contact Amazon, or perhaps search the internet for the contact info. I needed this for a specific application. We ship lobsters in a trailer with an air‐delivery duct, deep‐channel floor. This floor eats up the single load rollers when turning the full pallet around in the truck.
