This is probably the best balsamic vinegar I have tasted. Finding it on line for £25 for the same size bottle I was sure it must be an error or a sub standard product in some way, but worth a punt. Very pleased, this balsamic is out of this world! and at £25 per bottle (although a little indulgent) a great deal, I'll be shopping here for this from now on.

**Q: when does it expire?**
A: Vinegar doesn't really have an expiration date.   It takes me about a year to use up this bottle without any issues on the counter.   I drizzle it on fresh tomatoes (especially heirloom in the summer) and also vanilla ice cream (yes, it sounds gross but the Italians know what they are doing).   It's high end, so I don't use it on salads or cooking, but that's just me.

**Q: what are the ingredients?**
A: not sure....BUT its the best balsamic vinegar we have ever tasted....thick, sweet....nothing compares.  We have tried lots including bringing some back from Italy....this is #1
