I bought 2 16 inch in this color and a package from another seller in black. The hair is really soft and I'm 99.9 percent certain it is all human hair. They are straight and I didn't need to cut them. I installed them today as soon as they came in the mail today. It's so easy, just watch some tutorials online on placement and tips and tricks and save yourself tons! My only wish is that these came in more grams so I could have thicker hair. I have very fine, thin hair and I can only put in 3 packages of 20 each at the most--so 60 pieces. 1 and a half hour installation time vs FOREVER in a salon with hair coloring ladies, this is the right choice! I will try and update about shedding and with pics when possible.Update: I have had these in for 6 weeks now! These haven't slipped or fallen out and I had my 20-year-old son put them in. Very little shedding and breakage. I admittedly have great skin with little to no oil so I think that and only washing my hair very gently once a week has increased their lasting longer. I'll update again in a week because I'll be taking them out and putting back in for the first time. They were in for about 3 days when they started to get so rough and frizzy the back of my neck broke out from the friction and constant scratching. The removal process was horrifying. I used 3 different professional grade bond releasers and none of them would help the bonds come apart. Some had to be cut out, others were forced apart with a rat tail comb. I'm a stylist and was hoping to just add some funky colored peek a boos but these were a nightmare!
