The stone is great, when you want to finish something already polished with 3000, 6000 or 8000 grit. It will take a while to obtain the finish effect but, with patience and a bit of work, you will have a mirror effect. I defineteley recommend it!

I conducted a test with the means available to me: a microscope with 46x magnification, a steel plate and three other sharpening stones for comparison.  The stones I used for comparison were Shapton 2000 grit and Naniwa 1000 grit. With the steel plate I made a hundred passes on each of these stones. All this I did several times, thoroughly washing the stones. The Reetek 15000 I polished with a 3000 grit diamond plate to remove the top thin layer. I present photos of each stone with sharpening marks.  The Ritek 15000 leaves deep scratches. This indicates that the abrasive composition of this stone is heterogeneous - there are large inclusions along with fine ones. Declared by the manufacturer grain size 15000 is a blatant deception of buyers.  Despite this stone is very fast, sharpens everything that I had at hand. Easy to clean. Soft and quick to grind.  My conclusions.  Reetek 15000 sharpening stone made in China does not correspond closely to the declared grit (judge by the pictures). Even the Naniva 1000 looks better than it. The requested price of 55 euros is twice as high. It is not suitable for finishing a dangerous razor, no matter what some customers say who admire its ability to sharpen steel. I would not spoil my razor with such scratches. You can buy it for finishing knives, but not at this price.  I regret that I can't return it because of the test I did.

La piedra parece buena pero llegó muy mal embalada para el producto que es. Tanto fue así que llegó rota. Tuve que devolverla y pedir de nuevo.
