**Q: Are these adult or youth sizes?**
A: Both really. When my daughter was 9 she wore a size x-small. She is 14 now and wears a small and I have a pair and wear mediums.  Not sure how small you need them to go but the Velcro straps tighten pretty well.

**Q: Are there 2 wraps included?**
A: Yes, there are two wrist guards.

**Q: If we are right in between sizes, do you recommend sizing down or up? Are exchanges ok if we guess wrong?**

I would recommend sizing down and see how that fits.
The Tiger Paw should be a snug fit.

These are such great quality! And we love the color. My daughter hyperextends her wrists when doing tumbling, and these have been amazing for her. The material is comfortable, and there's great mobility. I took a little getting to used to wearing, but now she can't go without!
