It came with 2 screws, 4 washers, 2 nut securing washers, and 2 nuts to secure ring terminals for the positive and negative terminals. Terminals are marked via color (red for positive and black for negative). It came with a 12.9v reading out of the box. My intention is to use this battery is to make a solar generator. I connected this battery to a charge controller and then solar panels to the charge controller. After some moderate use of a DC plug and USB port on the charge controller to test a DC LED light and charge my cell phone, the battery dropped down to 12.6v. The 18 watt solar panels charged the battery back up to 12.9v in a matter of minutes.
