I can't say for sure that the waterex or CLA does exactly what I need it too. I've tried other vitapak's from GNC, as well as other energy supplements from high to moderate stimulant/caffeine content. This has been the best overall product for me. The absence of caffeine is what does it. That said, it doesn't quite have the kick that others do, though you won't experience near the side effects either, such as "jitters", uneasiness, or you know, the tweaking out feeling. This gives me just enough boost in the morning, I take it after my breakfast, that I can take all but 2 of the CLA, (the other 2 at lunch) and the waterex, (which I'll take right after the workout). It used to be that I'd love whatever I had right out of the gate, then after 2-3 weeks, it'd be too much so I'd have to take some time off. With the non-stimulant, I can continue on week after week at 5 days/week working out/consuming, and not have any issues. That's primarily the goal I had, was an energy boost. I also happen to like beer...a lot of it, so my diet probably doesn't fit what one would to make this product work perfectly, but I do definitely get the right amount of energy each day. ### ⭐⭐⭐ with results ranging from an amazing rush to nausea *by E***. on July 28, 2015* I have taken many pills and other supplements, with results ranging from an amazing rush to nausea. With this product, I can't say much: No rush, no nausea. I'm not sure it works. I mean, about 1 month ago, I stopped taking supplements, and I lost 5 pounds, and still have the energy to exercise as I used to. It might be a coincidence, as perhaps my body needed the break after taking supplements (stimulants, proteins, creatine, etc.) for 6 months.
