NOT fluffy. Very little taste. NO blueberry taste. Very health food-y. Grainy. Has WHOLE sunflower seeds in it. Label warns to drink a full glass of liquid with it because of all the fiber. bland and blah. Will finish them, but will not buy again. Positives are: Fills you up. Has a lot of fiber. Fairly moist.
