I also have added to my morning coffee and it gave it a good Back chocolate note. I have been taking it for two weeks and I have lost 5 lbs and belly flab. I also workout 5-6 times a week and have a healthy diet. My intent is to gain power for my intense workouts and this is a good alternative if you don't like pre workout. It does give you a boost.

The seller would not reveal the exact ingredients of this product. They state it has a "ketone ester blend" and "chocolate flavoring" but won't say what's in each of them. There is definitely something sweet in this product that needs to be revealed. I've stopped using it, and I certainly will not buy it again.
