**Q: Hi i ordered and paid for a set of three scrubbies but only two arrived. please let me know that you will be sending another one. lindsey toms**
A: The best way is to return the item as faulty (one missing) and reorder a new set.

**Q: stainless steel - I understood these to be 100% cotton but the description says stainless steel can you clarify please?**
A: The scrubby cleans off food deposits from stainless steel cooking pots. To the best of my knowledge , they are not made of stainless steel however, I have not taken one apart. I use them for all sorts of jobs because I have found them safe on most surfaces. Good for removing soil from vegetables before cooking and outside for cleaning clay garden pots.

**Q: How is cotton made into scourer**
A: I don't honestly know! I didn't actually realise they were cotton! I have been using them for several years, purchasing from a local kitchen shop, which has now sadly closed. These were slightly larger than the ones I used to buy and also quite pricey. Don't know if this helps at all, but they are excellent.  Regards

**Q: Can rough side be used safely on glass without scratching to remove limescale**
A: A good question. 
I use the scrubby on removing limescale on my everyday glasses, they are not expensive ones. The scrubby is versatile, I have used these for many years.  When they become old , I use them outside for all sorts of jobs. They are perfect for cleaning clay pots.
