Removing parts for cleaning was very difficult. Technique was to rock it side to side, while pulling up, not turning counterclockwise as advised. In a week, all 3 hooks of main housing broke. But I was glad because then it was much easier to assemble & remove the juice bowl and the rest of the parts for cleaning. They should not have placed those hooks in the first place.
