Update: 4.5 just because as others have said, it seems to take some sports tape on the inside to keep it from slipping down the forearm slightly. Not a huge deal, but it makes the price feel silly. Rendering wrist band unusable. Returned and asked for replacement Received in same condition as band I returned. D-ring strap frayed/torn and D-ring loose. Product unusable.
