I thought that this was great customer service to replace a sweeper that wasn't a year old and had already broken. I received the "replacement" sweeper today...they sent me a $20 model?! They didn't send me a replacement of the same model? None too pleased with this. So, I contacted them to find out why I did not receive an exact model replacement and am waiting to hear back. In the meantime, given that I have just now received a $20 sweeper, I am seeking out a volunteer who would be willing to spot weld the $60 sweeper so that we can use it again. So frustrating. Original Review - 11/16/22 This sweeper worked fairly well with our school use. It was used throughout the week to clean up after our lunch periods during school operating hours. It broke today at the weld that connects the handle to the head and is unable to fixed other than welding it. It was purchased 11/18/21 and broke 11/16/22...just under a year later. Now, it doesn't get used for 3 months out of the year because of summer break. So, it really was only used for 9 months and is already broken. When it wasn't broken, it worked fairly well each day.
