Review: Really great supplement - This supplement does the job.. my legs had started getting a weird sensation only at night a few months ago . So I started taking electrolytes but sometimes it would not work. Spoke to my Nd Dr Sherman and he said if cramps in legs use magnesium, if twitchy legs try potassium 99 mgs at night and if its neither magnesium or potassium it could be an iron uptake problem which is a different issue all together. So thank God the potassium worked and I already have been taking a great magnesium product called professional formulas magnesium complex for 11 years now and I purchase it on desertcart too..

I do make sure to balance it with other electrolytes, Magnesium and unprocessed salt.
