However, sprint will still kick it off if there is not data exchange or if it hasn't moved in 24 hours. I use it for internet in the RV and really it was well worth the money vs using the phone hotspot or overage charges. It will time out, and you will have to unplug it. Don't expect a miracle, but it does what it says. However, it's a bit cheaply made. The cord is glued into the adapter piece, so be careful not to tug on it. I had to make this purchase because the cord FELL out of the last one that I bought. No tugging, the cord just came out of it when I picked it up.
