I owned the original pair, the ones that don't fold, and I was extremely satisfied. Those quickly broke, however, and I wasn't really sure the exact cause as to why they broke. So I decided to upgrade to Bluedio's newest model for these headphones. After some hours of research, I found these. Here is a real outlook on the Bluedio T2S Bluetooth / Connected over the head earphones.BUILD / EXTERIOR :Because I owned the previous version of these headphones (the ones that didn't fold), I will be mainly comparing these to those. If that makes sense. These ones include some brand new exterior features that make these earphones ideal compared to the other pair. The main addition to these is the brand new folding addition, allowing you to store these with ease. These seem much more flimsy and durable than the other ones, and maybe this is why these haven't broken on me yet. I'm not exactly the ideal person when it comes to not breaking electronics.These headphones are very attractive. Expect a ton of stares when you're wearing them. Of course, this isn't just because of how they look, but we'll touch on that later. These headphones are extremely comfortable to wear, and very light and easy to understand. They are made from a cheap plastic, but you can't expect much from the extremely cheap price. The buttons work fine, except for the wheel button. The wheel button is used to skip tracks and pause / play your music, but I find that it always gets moved slightly and gets stuck inside. I constantly have to use my fingernail or a small needle to get it out, which is annoying. I am not sure if this is just me, or if this happens to everyone, but nevertheless, it's quite annoying. The other buttons work perfectly fine as expected.These headphones can be used with bluetooth or connected with a provided cable. This is extremely handy just in case your battery dies and you want to continue listening to music. This won't really be of much issue though, as these headphones have an extreme battery life. I've had mine for a couple months now, and I've charged them maybe twice. This battery is insane, and it's wonderful.Another small note, I find the blue LED light to be too bright when in darkness. It scares me half the time because there's this random light that lights up the room I am in. I do wish it was dimmer.FEATURES :Unlike the older version of these headphones... the sound is different. And not in a good way. The other headphones were set to the perfect equalizer, allowing perfect bass, mids and treble playback. They were crystal clear with every song and sounded stunning. These however...do not. Thankfully, Bluedio decided to include the equalizer function. All you need to do is press both the bottom and top volume buttons at the same time and the equalizer setting will change. Find the one that suits you the best. Also, for some reason, the bass is majorly distorted when you change the equalizer, which is extremely annoying. I find myself just using my phone's built-in equalizer to amplify the sound. It's sad because these earphones have so much potential to "rattle" your head, but with these default equalizer settings...you can't really have this luxury.SOUND QUALITY :Here's where the 5 stars of this product come in. Once you set these to the perfect equalizer...well. You'll be in heaven; literally. These earphones are crystal clear, you can hear everything that is happening. If you're watching a movie or video, you can hear every single little sound. If you're listening to music, you can hear the treble and bass without too much on one end or the other. The frequency range on these headphones is massive, so you'll be able to listen to just about anything you want without having too many problems.But that's not all. If you turn these monsters up loud enough, the bass will literally shake your head. This is because these earphones have massive 57mm drivers, allowing for the "pumpage" to be excerted to the extreme.Now, I'm not going to go into the nerdy stuff. I'll just say this:These will sound better than any other headphone you may have owned for under / at this price. Or even $100 above this price. Maybe even $200. I went to Wal-Mart one day and put on some Beats headphones (The bigger ones, not the small ones), and I have to say: These $35 Bluedio headphones knocked those Beats out of the park. I even went to the gaming headphone section and tried on the biggest pair they had, and guess what? Bluedio knocked them out.Don't get suckered into buying those $300 headphones when you could buy these cheap $35 Bluedio headphones. I mean honestly, if you're looking for sound quality over brand, then BUY these!CONCLUSION :If you were even remotely considering to buy these earphones, don't consider anymore. Buy them. You'll absolutely love them, guarenteed. I'm pretty sure Bluedio has a 30-day money back guarentee, so if you hate them, just send them back. These sound sensational (after you get the proper equalizer), are really easy to place in storage, are extremely comfortable to wear, and they have an INSANE battery life that will leave you with a charge for more than a couple weeks. I use them for at least 3-4 hours a day for listening to music as well as during web calls and GoToMeeting/WebEx and everyone says they can hear me just fine.So far I'm happy with the purchase but only time will tell of their durability, but I'm generally good to my electronics so I don't foresee any issues as the build quality feel good.-------------------- UPDATE Jan 2018 - Headphones Broken, not usable -----------------------------Product has broken and not sure why as they are stored in a pocket in my laptop backpack. They broke in the headband at the Right ear speaker. With gentle use, no workout use or running they broke in about 2 years. I would say these headphones are well worth the money as the battery was still performing very well and the sound was great.They paired to all devices easily, the only issue was when paired to multiple devices at the same time would cut out all the time. I typically used them with my phone or laptop and they worked great, with clear sound and comfort for long wearing sessions.Would still recommend to purchase but if traveling with them I would look for a hard case to protect them. The sound from these is ridiculous... -ly awesome. I got these and the first two songs I listened to were heavy songs, one by Born of Osiris and the other by Korn, and the sound blew me away, far more powerful than what I was expecting.I had been using smaller BT headsets, like the Kinivo BTH-220/240, the Soundbot SB-221, which are on-ear with a behind-the-head band design, and the Betron S2 which are adjustable but not foldable and have the standard overhead band design. I like those Kinivo/Soundbot headsets, especially for mobility, because they stay on very well, but people with bigger heads might not like them because the bands aren't very big; I didn't really like the Betron S2's, mainly because the cups weren't padded very well and my ears begin to ache not long after wearing them. In the other ones, I really did like them for all the pros, but one con that always sort of nagged at me was that the sound was just lacking in punch.These are just what I didn't even know the doc had ordered. I may be an audiophile, but I'm not a rich audiophile, and I like to stick to reasonable budgets when it comes to headphones, especially considering how many I've gone through in my lifetime and the fact that I have headphones with me - usually on my head or around my neck - more often than not, so they need to be dependable over time as well. That was with the right ear turned towards my phone, an LG G5, without any blockages. If you turn your head, putting your head between the cup and the source, you'll get a little less range, about 100' or so. Range has never really been an issue for me, though, except when I want to walk around the house without taking my phone room to room with me, so these have plenty of range for what I'll be doing with them.The name of this game so far is volume and bass. I haven't gotten into my rap selection yet, but I'm sure Boogie's "Rainy Days" is gonna be bangin', and I'm also sure that I'm not gonna hear what you're saying when I'm wearing these, because I can't hear anything at all except the music, which others can probably hear from over 25' away at this volume, maybe even clearly, who knows?
