She would eat nothing but cooked pork stew chunks. I tried and tried just about every dry dog food on the market, until a neighbor gave me a partial bag. Peanut the Plump actually LIKED It! And she started to lose weight from that fatty diet she was used to. This grain-free product looks like an attempt to market something more upscale.It's a bit deceptive. The label "Beyond Grain Free" implies something better. But it isn't. While the product is truly grain free, and sells for a higher price, it is loaded with filler.To be fair, there are some good ingredients in here. And our dogs (one large, one small, one medium size visitor) ate the food happily with no adverse effects whatsoever.So if you use economy grade dog foods in the first place, this will represent something a little better. But due to the quantity of fillers like tapioca starch and others, we can't call this an upscale or premium dog food. Three stars.
