Buyers beware!! *by D***S on November 8, 2018* Just opened my package today arriving to my home of record in the United States from living in Italy. Ordered about 8 months ago? Horrible surprise to find a large hole in the main tubing leading directly to the bell, right next to the mouth piece receiver. This damage renders the horn worthless. I am a professional and bought this just to have as a practice horn when I visit once a year to see family leaving it to return back in Europe. This is the 1st time to see damage like this in any of the many instruments that I have purchased in the past 30 years. The box was not damaged, and the horn came in a very nice little hard case, also in perfect condition. So this happened at the manufacturer, factory or store by a disgruntled employee? A deliberate hole popped into the instrument! I can’t send it back, I don’t think as I purchased it early this year. Learned a good lesson never to be trusting again. The absolute worst experience that I have ever had in shopping online, ever. Good thing this is an inexpensive horn. But still, it should have been in perfect condition. I wasn’t expecting much out of the performance capability, but this! Not even worth the 1 star. Horn plays stuffy, more resistance than any flugelhorn that I’ve played. True worthless mouth piece suitable for a lead trumpet, very shallow. The large hole renders it worthless, as to have it repaired may cost about half of the purchase price of the horn? Maybe duct tape as a patch? May write more after patching it with tape. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice horn for price, mouth piece not so much. Plan on customs cutting up the case *by D***S on January 10, 2018* Horn is nice for what I paid. Mouthpiece is junk, but my trumpet mouthpieces fit and work fine. Spit valve cork in rough shape. Case cut up by customs (cut on 3 sides) on the way from India. Customs person should be fired! They obviously cut with a box cutter through the side of the box and through the fabric of the case. Not the fault of the seller, not sure if they could protect from this unless double boxing, but not sure if that would help since the person that did this might cut through both boxes ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Indian flugel *by S***S on April 15, 2015* Good horn for the price (quality shortcuts not unreasonable). Good valve action, even before oiling. No problems. Love the 4th valve function.
