This book was a life saver for me. It got me started on taking EPO and before long many of my physical problems have gone away. It cured my IBS, my swollen, stiff joints are as flexible as when I was in my 20's and it save me hundreds of dollars for face creams and moisturizers. It's also good for my hair. If you have any type of physical aliment you really need to read this book and learn all the things it can help improve and/or cure.

This book is 22 years old, and I spent some time checking to see if the advice is still valid. I am quite impressed with this little volume. Evening Primrose Oil is a valuable addition to one's diet for many maladies, including arthritis, asthma, hypertension, alcoholism, multiple sclerosis, etc.She makes dietary suggestions and dosages for using Evening Primrose Oil for the difficulties she thinks this oil helps. Her advice for low-fat diets is still spot-on. This book is heavily referenced (each chapter has references, and there are more references in the addendum). I hope the author comes out with an updated book, but this one is well worth reading.
