## Questions & Answers

**Q: what number is easy to blow**
A: I play the Otto Link Super Tone Master 7*. Depending on your sax set-up and experience the 7* is easy to play. Currently, I'm am playing a Yamaha 62 III, the Otto Link, and a Rico Royal 2.5 reed. If you are having difficulty with the OL try changing the strength of your reeds. I would keep between 2.0 and 3.5. Good Luck!!!

**Q: The reeds for otto link olm-404-7 super tone master metal tenor sax mouthpiece ?**
A: Try Vandoren Java or ZZ Jazz size 3 and go from there.

**Q: Will this mouthpiece work well with a Rico 2.0 Reed?**
A: Yep that'll be fine, I'd personally prefer at least a 2.5 to get a bit more control though.

**Q: Is there a guide for selecting the facing and tip opening?**
A: I was told by a fellow saxophonist to Google 'tenor sax tip opening chart' and sure enough, I found a bunch of sites that compare all the top brands to each other as well as giving you the actual size of the openings (in thousandths of an inch). Here's an example of one that I found: http://www.saxophone.org/resources/guestArticle/view/article/12 Hope it helps! Not sure if there's any advice for what to actually choose though. I went from a Selmer C* to an Otto Link 5* (a difference in 15 thousandths of an inch) and other than a bit of soreness at first and some experimenting with reeds (definitely needed something harder), I have no real problems now and I sound so much better! Good luck!
